Xiaomi overtakes Huawei sales for the first time ever
Xiaomi, smartphones producing famous companies standing out amongst a great success, in February 2020 smart phone sales rose 3 ranking in the order. As a result of this breakthrough, Huawei has fallen to the 4th place.
Shipment rates of companies
Huawei fell behind Xiaomi ‘s 6 million shipments with 5.5 million shipments from smartphones . However, both firms lagged far behind their figures last year. Xiaomi saw 10 million numbers in 2019 and Huawei 12.2 million in 2019 .
Huawei is losing value outside the Chinese market as it cannot use Google apps and services. In addition, Xiomi continues to release competitively priced devices.
Although the Corona virus (covid-19) outbreak hit the Chinese market in February, there are signals that the market is beginning to recover.
