WhatsApp Business iOS app finally came to the Apple store begins worldwide rollout
WABetaInfo revealed on Twitter that the long-awaited iOS version of the WhatsApp Business business messaging app has been piloted in markets such as Mexico and Brazil. As a more “high-end” web messaging application, it aims to make it easier for businesses and customers to interact with each other through tool automation, smart sorting, and quick response.
WhatsApp owned by Facebook announced its commercial application in September 2017 and will be available in January next year. However, the app is only published on Android, and WhatsApp has no news about its availability on iOS. Fast forward to February this year, WhatsApp Business entered iOS in beta form, it seems that the test has been successful because the stable version is now available on the App Store.
WhatsApp Business iOS
WhatsApp has not officially announced the launch of its commercial app on iOS, but WABetaInfo reports that the app is available in Mexico. Users from Brazil, Argentina, and France also confirmed the availability of WhatsApp Business for iOS in their country.
For example, WhatsApp Business enables businesses to set up business profiles, automated messages, quick responses, and more.
Unlike WhatsApp Messenger, WhatsApp Business is a standalone application for the enterprise. It has features such as remote messaging, greeting messages and quick responses. It also allows businesses to add information such as their working hours, addresses and social media accounts or website links to their profile pages.
