Updated Mac mini brings double the storage capacity for the same 799 Dollar
Apple has updated its compact PC for work – Mac mini. The device received twice as much permanent memory for the same price and is already available in Russia.
The company clarified that the basic configuration will now include double the amount of read-only memory. Its price is 72,990 rubles.
This version has the following specifications:
eighth-generation Intel Core i3 quad-core processor with a clock frequency of 3.6 GHz
8 GB DDR4 2666 MHz
Intel UHD Graphics 630 GPU
256 GB PCIe SSD (previously 128 GB)
The advanced model is characterized by the presence of a six-core i5 processor (frequency 3.0-4.1 GHz) and a 512 GB drive. Other characteristics are the same. The cost is 102,990 rubles.
It is noted that this PC is unlikely to be suitable for games – integrated graphics will “pull” unless simple browser-based entertainment or outdated games. The best application of such a mini-PC will be the role of a media server or a desktop station for working with documents.
