Russian will appear in The Elder Scrolls Online along with the head of Greymoor

In the official Russian community The Elder Scrolls Online reported that the version of the game for PC and Mac will acquire full support for the Russian language along with the release of a new chapterGreymoor .

The translation of all in-game text into Russian will appear in the game on May 26, 2020. The translation will cover all texts, dialogs and subtitles. Localization will go into the base game, so purchasing the Greymoor add-on is optional.

Russian-speaking gamers will be able to continue to play on their favorite servers with their characters, the upcoming addition will not affect accounts in any way. The option to choose English, French or German will still be available.

In the settings of the ESO launcher, you can already select the Russian language, but it will appear only on May 26. To do this, open the startup program, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select Russian from the drop-down list.

Bethesda will support localization after the release of Greymoor: all future updates and additions will also be translated into Russian. So far, the Russian language will be available only on PC and Mac, console versions will not receive an update in the near future.
