The canceled Formula 1 Grand Prix will be held in F1 2019
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Formula 1 organizers were forced to cancel a number of championship races. However, viewers will still see their favorite racers on familiar tracks – though only virtually.
In the official racing simulator F1 2019 Codemasters Studios will be a series of virtual Grand Prix. And the first “anti-virus” championship will be the Bahrain Grand Prix, the broadcast of which will begin on March 22, from 23:00 Moscow time.

The F1 Esports Virtual Grand Prix will be attended by real Formula 1 racers. Russia will be represented by Robert Schwartzman, 2019 Formula 3 champion. Participants will drive 28 laps on the Sahir highway. And the results will not affect the official statistics of the series.
Virtual races will also be held instead of the canceled stages in Vietnam, the Netherlands, Spain and Monaco, as well as in Hanoi and Zandvoort. The last two tracks are not in F1 2019, but they will be selected with an equivalent replacement.
If the situation with coronavirus improves, then the 2020 season will begin closer to summer. Otherwise, the organizers will continue the virtual entertainment championship. You can follow the races on YouTube , Twitch , Facebook and the official F1 website .
