Since I myself faced with violations and malfunctions of my immunity and health in general, I immersed myself in this subject and can tell you that you can heal yourself much more effectively and safely than any doctor. Of course, we are not talking about any acute and emergency conditions. In no case do I urge you not to see a doctor. But you can access them much less frequently.

Your main enemy is stress. No, not momentary, but the stress that haunts you regularly, or for a long time – for months and decades. Our body itself can cope with short-term stresses well, for example, a small accident or a skirmish with someone, you will quickly forget it and it will not have such a detrimental effect on you that causes long-term stress.

Prolonged stress. For some, this may be worries about insufficient earnings, which last, for example, for decades. Someone has nervous work, someone often worries about nothing. The influence of this type of stress triggers inflammation in the body, in which the immune system begins to attack its own cells and tissues.

In some, this is manifested by heart diseases, in others they are diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis or lupus, in others it is simply an inexplicable feeling of well-being. Manifestations can be very different, because your health completely depends on the proper functioning of the immune system.

Learn to control stress. Minimize it, don’t let negative thoughts slip into your mind, try to filter them out right away, avoid people who always complain and never do it yourself. Be an optimist. Do meditation and yoga for at least 10 to 15 minutes a day. Breathe smoothly and evenly. Remember – mind and body are a single system.

I began to follow these simple rules and within a week I felt a surge of strength and lightness in my body, drowsiness and fatigue disappeared. My head has become brighter, the brain is no longer loaded with unnecessary experiences. When I realized what kind of stress I was experiencing, I was horrified to say the least, because before I simply did not notice this and did not attach any importance. I was able to quickly expel the basic experiences and stresses from my mind. Which I sincerely wish you.
