With Fortnite Update 12.60, the shot rate advantage gives your rechargeable weapons an additional bonus. If a rechargeable weapon with a shot rate benefit is used, this will reduce the time until the weapon is fully charged in the future. The changes affect all bows, the Sturmkönig rocket launcher, Zapatron, Fortissimo, Edelwerfer, monsoon and the electron tube sniper rifle. Existing rechargeable weapons that have a firing rate receive both buffs of the firing rate advantage. Your shot rate will increase as the time until the weapon is fully charged will decrease.
