Children of Morta Official Release Date
Children of Morta: After missing its release window scheduled for 2018, Morta’s RPG hack-n-slash Kids has set a definitive release date for consoles and computers. The next roguelike Dead Mage, the Shadow Bladean and Tale of Ronin team, just announced, is scheduled for launch on September 3 for PC and October 15 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Children of Morta is a role-play action based on a story. Spooky elements in which you control a member of the Bergson family in his quest to repel future corruption. You’ll have the choice of six playable characters to explore ever-changing dungeons and dungeons while discovering the history and relics of Mount Morta. Check out the trailer below.
Amir Fassihi of Dead Mage, in an Xbox Wire blog post, described the story of Children of Morta as “a story of simple, direct emotions that we all recognize: hope, courage, love and ultimate sacrifice and grief.” Fassihi also said that even though each character is unique, “your characters must rest if you use them frequently”. Dead Mage hopes this will inspire you to try other family members and their abilities.
In addition to the release date, Dead Mage has announced Morta’s Kids Signature Edition. This physical version will include a copy of the game without region on PS4 or Switch, six enamel pins, a pocket-sized art book, an art card and a certificate, and a box “Sierra” with a pocket exterior. Morta Signature Edition kids sell for $ 45 on PS4 and $ 50 on Switch.
