ATP introduces the latest memory modules for server and industrial applications
ATP has introduced the latest memory modules for server and industrial applications with data transfer rates of 3200 MT / s, industry-standard voltages, and capacities ranging from 2 GB to 128 GB. These modules come in a variety of sizes and configurations to meet a variety of design requirements.
ATP’s family of 1.2 V memory module servers / embedded / industrial DDR4-3200 has been verified to work with AMD ’s EPYC 7002 series and Intel ’s 2nd generation Intel Xeon Scalable CPUs and is ready for AMD ’s upcoming Milan and Genoa CPU, as well as Intel’s Cooper Lake and Ice Lake processors. ATP uses a variety of certified memory chips for different modules with capacities ranging from 2 GB to 128 GB (for example, the former uses 4 Gb chips, while the latter relies on 16 Gb chips).
ATP’s industrial-grade modules use special PCBs with thicker gold contacts, PCB underfills, conformal coating and anti-sulfur resistors designed to protect DIMMs from shock/vibration, electromagnetic interference, moisture and Attack of harsh chemicals in the air. In addition, like other industrial components, they are rated for extreme temperature ranges of –40 ° C to + 85 ° C. Last but not least, these modules were tested at the module level during burn-in (TDBI) to find weaker DIMMs that could generate errors.
Whereas ATP for server / embedded / industrial 1.2 V module DDR4-3200 series is designed for multiple designs, they use LRDIMM, RDIMM, UDIMM, UDIMM ECC, SO-RDIMM, SO-DIMM, SO-DIMM ECC, Mini-RDIMM And Mini-UDIMM ECC size. At the same time, unbuffered DDR4-3200 modules with SO-DIMM, UDIMM, ECC UDIMM, ECC SO-DIMM and RDIMM configurations are available.
ATP’s new DDR4-3200 DIMM is expected to be available soon, and its price will depend on configuration and form factor.
