An animated retelling of the first scenario of episode 9 of Star Wars
Recently on YouTube -channel, Mr Sunday Movies released a short animated retelling of the original script of the ninth episode of “Star Wars” .
The authors of the plot were C
olin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly , and we talked about its contents in detail in a separate note.
Their version was significantly different from the final result of Chris Terrio and JJ Abrams – Palpatine was completely absent in the plot, the final confrontation took place on Coruscant , and Mortis from the animated series The Clone Wars featured in the story .
Later , concept art of this version also flowed into the network , the authenticity of which was confirmed by Trevorrow himself – he was also supposed to be the director of the final chapter of the Skywalkers story, but the story turned out differently.
And now you can see a brief animated version of his “Duel of Fate” – that’s the title of the movie.
